→ Lead cross-cutting programs in gender justice, health, and economic empowerment
→ Manage partners, budgets, timelines, and impact evaluations
→ Drive learning, strategic alignment, and MEL processes using feminist approaches
→ Build external relationships and represent ACHSGJ in high-level forums
