Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant/Driver located in Amu Odofin, Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Executive Assistant/Driver will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to tge CEO including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
- Daily tasks will also include driving executives to meetings and appointments, ensuring the vehicle is maintained in good condition, and handling any transportation-related tasks.
- Additional responsibilities may include communication and coordination duties, both within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience with Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proximity to Amuwo Odofin is essential
