Administrative Assistant

- Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company, including email correspondence, generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, etc.
- Receive mails, documents, and correspondence for the company and coordinate with teams to respond accordingly.
- Liaise with stakeholders (regulators, customers, partners) to gather feedback and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Work with the operations team to keep logs and production documents for record and compliance.
- Draft letters, proposals, presentations, and Excel sheets as required.
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in humanities or administrative-related courses.
- Previous success in office management is an added advantage.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
- Professionalism in handling confidential business information.
- Good proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
