Job Summary
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guiding them through their gifting experience. You will support sales, maintain a visually appealing retail space, and help ensure every customer leaves with a memorable impression of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations and gift styling support.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment methods confidently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and support inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and brand updates.
- Support in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with the team to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience with handling customer inquiries (online or in-person) is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and helping customers find the right products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
