Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting of originating processes, motions, written addresses, and final addresses.
- Manage and maintain a diverse case portfolio, ensuring deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements are met.
- Provide sound legal opinions and strategic advice on dispute resolution, risk management, and case outlooks.
- Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations as may be required..
- Prepare case summaries, litigation reports, and regular updates for clients and firm management.
- Attend client meetings, briefings, and strategy sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 7 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
