Job Summary
- This role is responsible for recruiting and managing Direct Sales Representatives at the territory level.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory. Â
- Achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks. Â
- Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to. Â
- Recruit train, coach and supervise a team of in-store sales promoters.Â
- Keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of in-store promoters to meet sales targets and performance standards. Â
- Manage in-store promoters’ stock inventory.Â
- Assign targets to stores within the designated territory.Â
- Design sales and marketing strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales targets are reached. Â
- Monitor, analyse competitive activities in the Channel and report the same to the Regional Sales Manager.Â
- Prepare and submit weekly activity plans and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND/bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field. Â
- 3+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.  Â
- Proficient in MS Excel skills,  Â
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin  Â
- Should have a process-oriented mindset Â
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills Â
- Good Planning and Organisation Skills Â
