Job Responsibilities
- Works with the Chief Executive Office to develop cohesive and productive goals for the company and designs ways to meet them.

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Maintains consistency over the quality and message of the creative team’s output.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor team productivity, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
