Responsibilities
* Create engaging social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and style.
* Curate and schedule posts to maintain consistency across platforms.
* Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, short videos, and graphics.
* Manage daily interactions on social media, responding to comments and messages promptly.
* Track basic metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth, and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry conversations to gather insights.
* Identify potential brand risks on social platforms and escalate when necessary.
* Participate in online discussions to build community and cultivate loyal followers.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar.
* 1 – 2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or community engagement.
* Strong familiarity with social media management tools.
* Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
* Basic understanding of analytics.
* Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
