Operations Manager

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lagos.
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and improving operational processes.
  • Key tasks include coordinating with various departments, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management skills and experience in process improvement
  • Staff Management and Team Leadership abilities
  • Quality Control and Inventory Management experience
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
