Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to identify drop-off points.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to refine user experience.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRO, analytics, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, and behavioral psychology.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
- Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
