Customer Relations Officers

- We are seeking Customer Relations Officers to join our Abuja team. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals passionate about customer service, relationship management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with sales teams on credit agreements and collections.
- Maintain accurate KYC and customer account records.
- Monitor credit usage and escalate non-compliant accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls to obtain customer feedback.
- Map customers to designated cost centers.
- Support operational and accounting functions related to customer accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: HND/B.Sc. in any discipline (B.Agric is a plus)
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer relations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Confidence in handling technical questions and engaging with farmers.
