Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team, ensuring couture-level standards in all garments.
- Oversee end-to-end production processes: fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and delivery timelines.
- Train and mentor staff in advanced sewing and couture techniques, elevating the team’s technical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate creative concepts into finished garments with precision.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular quality control checks, ensuring all garments meet couture and luxury standards.
- Optimize workflow, equipment use, and resources to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Troubleshoot technical sewing and construction issues, providing expert solutions.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld in the production environment.
Key Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years leadership / supervisory experience in RTW and/or Bespoke design or production.
- Technical experience in garment construction.
- Fashion illustration skills (desirable).
- Creative with a flair for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Must have outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- National diploma or it’s equivalent in relevant field
