Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operational functions of the company, ensuring projects and events are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- The role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, manage vendor relationships, and maintain high operational standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations & Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure operational alignment with creative and strategic objectives.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate operational staff, including event coordinators, logistics personnel, and support teams.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between creative, production, marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and workflow optimization sessions.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and cost efficiency in all outsourced services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and control operational budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare cost analysis and financial reports for each project.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and SOPs for events and projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards during all operations.
- Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning.
Client Liaison & Reporting:
- Act as the operational point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Provide timely updates and status reports to clients and management.
- Address and resolve operational challenges or client concerns efficiently.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5–7 years of operations or project management experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale corporate events, activations, or festivals.
- Knowledge of production logistics, AV equipment, and experiential technology.
