Eligibility Criteria

• Be an international student from a MEXT-designated country
• Be a National of a MEXT-designated country
• Be born on or after April 2, 1990
• Have achieved a GPA of at least 2.30 on a 3.00 scale.
• Applicants must first apply to APU. APU will then select eligible candidates to recommend to the scholarship organization.
• English Proficiency Test: Must submit scores from an English proficiency test taken on or after Mid March 2024.

English Language Proficiency Exemption

Applicants who completed their previous education at an English-speaking institution can submit an English Language Proficiency letter from that institution.
