The Applications are now open for the KATIP Turkish Language Program 2025. It is an 8-month-long program in Ankara, Turkey. KATİP has welcomed 212 participants from 85 countries. The Program aims to invite Participants for the intensive Turkish language education, attend seminars on Türkiye’s political, historical, and cultural landscape, and visit different Turkish public institutions. The aim is to strengthen the ties between Turkey and other countries. The KATİP scholarship is fully funded, covering all major expenses like airfare, housing, a monthly stipend, and training costs. Program Objectives
- The KATİP program offers a Turkish Language Course to diplomats, officials, and academics, an immersive experience in Turkish language and culture.

- They also go on institutional visits to various ministries, universities, and think tanks to meet with Turkish professionals and officials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality & Residence: Must not be a Turkish citizen or a resident of Türkiye at the time of application.
- Public Officials: A minimum of three years of work experience at a relevant institution, with a preference for those holding a Master’s or Ph.D.
- Researchers/Scientists: Must be employed at a university or research center and have completed or be pursuing a doctoral degree. Preference is given to those researching topics related to Türkiye.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (speaking and listening).
- Age Limit: Must be under 40 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
