Summary
- The Quantity surveyor will be responsible for Quantity take-off to prepare the bill of quantities for new projects, and Preparation of procurement packages.
Responsibilities
- Compute takeoff and measurement of construction works for consultants’ tender document and design drawings
- Preparation of bill of quantities for Building projects.
- Preparation of document for tendering.
- Measure and value work done on site (work related to structural, architectural and MEP trades)
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Competencies:
- Team-oriented.
- Can Work Under Pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel, AutoCAD and Planswift
- Strong numeracy skills
- Very good attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
