About the Role:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for a busy property management company. You’ll play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly—from tenant communications to vendor coordination and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will:
- Send building-wide memos and clear tenant updates.
- Coordinate smooth move-ins/outs, key turnovers, and access controls (e.g., keys, fobs, intercoms).
- Schedule inspections and maintain up-to-date maintenance/compliance calendars.
- Track appliance and supply inventory—order what’s needed, when it’s needed.
- Coordinate access for vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Keep ‘finishes’ spec-sheets organized for easy reference.
- Prepare and submit rent-related documentation.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years in an administrative or office support role in property management or real estate.
- Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Tenant Turner, or Propertyware.
- Top-notch attention to detail and time management skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you’re not afraid to ask questions and solve problems.
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
- Familiarity with other property management tools is a big plus!
