
Salary:
500k (300,000 Base Salary+ Up to 200,000 performance bonus).
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm EST (On call after hours/weekends ).
Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience, customer service ,excellent communication skills, and a background in healthcare or family-related services. The ideal candidate will support 360 recruiting, staffing, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Manage applicant tracking system.
- Onboarding of new employees, employee orientation and training.
HR Operations
- Staffing and scheduling of new cases for caregivers.
- Updating CRM / maintaining partner systems.
- Process employee onboarding and exits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Answering all calls / respond to text messages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Proven experience in recruitment and hiring.
- Great Team player and open to collaboration with other team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare or family-related services.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
