As a Van Sales Executive, you will be responsible for direct van sales, product availability, brand visibility, and market penetration within your assigned neighbourhood. You will be provided with a company van, mapped sales routes, and continuous training to support your success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience and location)
- Variable Incentives: Up to ₦150,000 monthly (based on sales performance)

- Growth Pathway: Trade Executive → Area Sales Manager → Regional Sales Manager → Commercial Director
