- Strong Organizational Design and Implementation capability
- Strong competency in designing and performance management framework
- CIPM Professional Certification and any other International HR Certification
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience.
Location
Lagos Mainland but involves frequent travels to other business locations within Nigeria.
