
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering measurable growth in program participation through digital marketing campaigns, as well as managing brand communications, content, and creative outputs across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) with clear monthly sign-up and revenue targets.
● Manage program-specific marketing funnels to ensure consistent participant acquisition for enterprise and venture programs.
● Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimise ROI.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, ad platforms, and analytics. Creative Marketing & Communications
● Develop brand-aligned messaging, copy, and positioning across all company materials.
● Manage our online presence, including website, social media platforms, and newsletters.
● Create content calendars and oversee the production of lightweight content (posts, articles, videos, graphics) for campaigns and brand storytelling.
● Support the design and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, and event materials.
● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with the Program Manager to align program marketing strategies with revenue goals.
● Support external communications with partners, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders.
● Represent our brand voice in communications, ensuring professionalism and global appeal. Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ● 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in innovation, startups, or corporate sectors. ● Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
● Strong copywriting, messaging, and content development skills.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics platforms).
● Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for lightweight design.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Competencies
