
The Operations Coordinator supports all Operations Officers in the Unit for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and an exceptional client service to ensure proper execution of the pest management services as per Boecker standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance in coordination with the operations
officers/senior officers. - Receive technicians’ feedback after treatment, take notes, handle data filtration, prepare reports, and circulate data in the correct channels when needed.
- Suggest improvements for reports and forms based on the client’s feedback.
- Update the sanitation and proofing recommendations list that is shared with clients upon delivering reports.
- Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Operations Manager.
- Answer clients’ inquiries regarding services, complaints, and technical issues.
- Assist in coordinating and following up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
- Assist in checking the Treatment Reports and report any negative findings.
- Handle effective system data entry, electronic filing, and archiving system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
