- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Experience with community-driven platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Background in customer support, PR, or social media management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with excellent content writing skills
