Key Responsibilities:
- Source, appraise, and disburse loans in line with the Bank’s policies.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits and market assessments to expand loan portfolio.
- Prepare periodic reports on credit activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in credit/loan operations within microfinance banking.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
