Responsibilities
- Accurately dispensing prescribed medications.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Optimize patient care.
- Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy assistants.
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage and potential side effects to facilitate increased patronage for increased patronage.
- Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes.
- Oversee business growth and market share expansion.
- Proactive about stock replenishment and general procurements.
- Institute controls to plug exploitable loopholes in the outlet.
- Personnel management and general administration of the outlet.
- Ensure all assets are in good working condition in the outlet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Pharmacy Degree.
- At least two (2) years community practice experience in a similar role.
