Are you a female? this is for you. The Nobel Women’s Initiative (NWI) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Sister-to-Sister Young Feminist Leadership Program—a dynamic 6-week virtual experience designed to empower young women leaders advancing peace, gender equality, and climate justice.
Now in its second decade, this flagship initiative brings together 25 young feminist activists from around the world for an immersive program focused on feminist leadership, resilience, and transformative action.
2025 Focus: Climate Justice & Feminist Leadership
This year’s theme, “Rooted and Rising,” draws inspiration from Nobel Laureate Wangari Maathai and centers on the powerful intersection of climate justice and gender equality. It uplifts women from Indigenous, frontline, and Global South communities, who are disproportionately impacted by environmental degradation, yet often excluded from decision-making processes.
