Duties of a F&B Services
- Fulfil the Guest Needs: Understand and fulfill their requests, especially for special needs.
- Efficient service: Adhere to service standards and timeframes.
- Friendly and knowledgeable: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and recommend products.
- Resolve issues: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards: Uphold Jumeirah’s quality standards.
- Accurate record-keeping: Complete sales reports and other necessary paperwork.
Duties of Human Resources
- Welcoming Guests: Ensure all candidates and colleagues have a positive, professional, and supportive experience when interacting with HR.
- Organize things: Help organize engaging employee activities, training, and HR events.
- Learning Experience: Develop your knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to accurately and efficiently answer basic employee queries.
- Champion HR initiatives: Support and promote wellness programs, recognition efforts, and internal communications.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks like maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Internship is open to all Nationals.
- Current Student or Recent Graduate: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business school.
- Preferred Experience: Prior internship in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is a plus, but not required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional international languages are beneficial.
