The She Code Africa Mentorship Programme is a structured initiative aimed at supporting women in the tech industry who are seeking career direction, professional development, or guidance during career transitions. It is tailored for those looking to advance in their current roles or explore new paths in technology, offering a supportive environment and personalized mentorship.
Participants are paired with seasoned professionals in one of the following focus areas:
- Data Analysis
- Frontend Development
- UI/UX Design
- Product Management
Spanning a duration of three weeks, the program includes virtual sessions held twice a week.
During this period, mentees collaborate closely with their assigned mentors and a small cohort of peers to set clear objectives, address challenges, explore career possibilities in the digital space, and enhance both technical abilities and soft skills relevant to their chosen fields.
