The Peter McMullin Centre on Statelessness at the University of Melbourne Law School offers a Fully Funded Visiting Fellowship Program for two Months. Candidates should ensure that they start their Fellowship between July and November 2026. There is no application fee, and applicants from around the world are eligible to apply.

They are looking for Individuals who are doing research and have an interest in statelessness. Statelessness refers to the condition of not being recognized as a national (citizen) by any country under the operation of its law. The Fellowship is worth $AUD6,000, which covers the Cost of Travel and Accommodation in Melbourne. More details are below.

  • Researchers with lived experience of statelessness are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • All applicants must demonstrate a clear interest in statelessness and propose work relevant to the Centre.
