
A Customer Experience & Operations Associate is urgently needed.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the timely and accurate posting of job listings on Admin.
- Audit and verify the accounts of both potential and existing employers to maintain platform integrity.
- Employer KYC verification.
- Contact leads for freemium job listings and provide relevant information.
- Engage with existing clients to collect and update placement data.
- Conduct outbound calls as applicable (NPS feedback, stakeholder feedback).
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally via email, chats and phone.
- Handle inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and task execution.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by direct supervisors or the head of the department.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in social sciences or its related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience (Post NYSC).
- Proven working experience in Customer service/telesales preferably B2B customer service experience.
- Excellent use of MS office packages.
- Proper understanding of Zoho
