Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Manage customer chats and calls via WhatsApp, email, and phone, responding to inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Order Management: Track and update order deliveries in real-time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, providing valuable insights to improve customer experience.

Requirements:
- Education: BSc, HND, or OND in any relevant field.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic digital tools.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable.
