Our client, a leading conglomerate with diversified operations across agriculture, energy, shipping, and industrial development, is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to join their operations team in Lagos, Nigeria.
The role involves overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant movement, storage, and delivery of petroleum products from the terminal to depots, bulk customers, and retail outlets. You will manage fleet operations, optimize logistics, ensure HSSE compliance, and drive continuous improvement in distribution efficiency.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ experience in petroleum distribution, supply chain, or logistics (downstream preferred).
- Strong knowledge of terminal operations, bulk handling, and HSSE regulations.
- Proven leadership in managing distribution staff, contractors, and third-party providers.
