
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close Deals: Secure deals with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals
- Proposal Development: Write compelling proposals and presentations to win new business
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing department to generate leads
- Networking: Attend networking events to connect with prospective clients and build relationships
- Contract Negotiation: Craft business proposals and contracts to secure new revenue streams and negotiate attractive prices with clients
- Team Leadership: Equip sales staff with the technical and social skills needed to succeed in their roles
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Prior experience in sectors such as power, energy, or electrical is essential.
- Candidates residing on the Island or in close proximity to the Island (e.g., Yaba Axis, Gbagada).
- We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of performance, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
