
HR/Admin Officer is urgently needed at Accrete Petroleum Limited.

Salary Range:
₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000/month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and staff welfare.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and organisational policies.
- Manage succession planning, staff engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, fleet, and facilities administration.
- Coordinate disciplinary processes, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, budgets, and provide insights for management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA and professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, PHRi are added advantages).
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably in the upstream oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic HR initiative.
