Project Architect Wanted in Ikoyi, Lagos!

We’re looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Duties

As a Project Architect, you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing Projects: Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of architectural assistants and interns, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, models, presentations, and schedules.
• Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits, inspect and analyze site conditions, and develop reports.
• Collaboration and Compliance: Participate in design meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, ensuring compliance with local building codes, health and safety standards, and international best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
