Hiring: Sales Closer / Sales Executive (Remote).

You will be responsible for calling and converting inbound leads (from ads, referrals, website enquiries), outbound cold/warm leads (databases, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing), and managing the full sales pipeline from first contact to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up on leads from ads, website enquiries, referrals, and existing databases.
  • Qualify, nurture, and close both cold and warm leads.
  • Manage and track all prospects in the CRM (GoHighLevel), ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospects.
  • Run email outreach campaigns (cold emails, nurturing sequences) to book calls and demos.
  • Handle objections professionally and adapt pitches based on prospect needs.
  • Conduct sales calls via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp to close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand service offerings and campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly closing targets.
