
You will be responsible for calling and converting inbound leads (from ads, referrals, website enquiries), outbound cold/warm leads (databases, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing), and managing the full sales pipeline from first contact to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leads from ads, website enquiries, referrals, and existing databases.
- Qualify, nurture, and close both cold and warm leads.
- Manage and track all prospects in the CRM (GoHighLevel), ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospects.
- Run email outreach campaigns (cold emails, nurturing sequences) to book calls and demos.
- Handle objections professionally and adapt pitches based on prospect needs.
- Conduct sales calls via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp to close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand service offerings and campaign performance.
- Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Meet and exceed monthly closing targets.
