Marine Equipment Engineer

Role Summary:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing maintenance and inspection of marine and lifting equipment across DW offshore installations.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards, supports operational teams, and manages logistics, vendors, and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update maintenance plans, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on cranes and life-saving equipment
- Support offshore teams during shutdowns and major operations
- Perform technical studies and condition monitoring
- Coordinate repairs, spare parts, and vendor logistics
- Review material requests and supervise warehouse inventory
- Ensure equipment certification and compliance with OEM standards
- Liaise with MTMC, procurement, and field operations teams
- Monitor HSE compliance and train supervised personnel
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years in marine equipment maintenance and heavy machinery operations
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, life-saving appliances, and mechanical static equipment
- Experience in fault diagnosis, procurement, and equipment build
- Team leadership and computer literacy
- Fluent in English

- Focus on cost optimization and infrastructure reliability
