The University of Calgary Scholarships are fully funded graduate opportunities in a industry/NSERC collaborative project.
The project, supervised by Professor Anne Benneker, is a close collaboration between industrial partners and our team, and provides opportunities to interact with partners and gain experience at different stages of the innovation chain.
The University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship will be offered to two highly motivated, full-time MSc/Ph.D. students to join the collaborative research team in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the Schulich School of Engineering.
University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship 2026 Requirements:
To be considered for the University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship, the following requirements are key:
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in chemical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on separation processes or material development.
- Experience in designing and conducting careful laboratory experiments.Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Conducting research in a responsible and ethical manner with a critical mindset.
- Maintaining accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
- Leading the preparation of scientific manuscripts for publication in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
