University of Glasgow Global Leadership Scholarships 2025/2026
The University of Glasgow is offering a number of Global Leadership Scholarships to international fee-paying students commencing a postgraduate taught Master’s programme in any discipline for the Academic Session 2025/2026. The scholarship will be awarded as a tuition fee discount.
Scholarship Details:
• Value: £10,000
• Number of Scholarships: 300
• Eligible Programmes: Postgraduate taught Master’s programmes in any discipline (excluding College of Social Sciences scholarships, which have already been allocated).
• Eligible Countries/Regions: Open to International fee-paying students.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the Global Leadership Scholarship, applicants must:
• Demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to UK 1st Class Honours.
• Hold an offer of a place for a postgraduate taught programme for September 2025.
• Have International fee status.
Important Notes:
• The University of Glasgow is committed to supporting self-funded students; therefore, these scholarships cannot be combined with other UofG discounts or external sponsorship discounts (with the exception of the Alumni Discount).
Startup funding for youth entrepreneurs
• If you are offered more than one scholarship, the lower value award will be removed from your account.

Successful candidates will be notified within six weeks of receiving a programme offer.
Application Deadline:
There is currently no fixed deadline for this scholarship. Awards will continue to be granted until admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year are closed. The closing date will be announced closer to the time. Please note that all College of Social Sciences scholarships have now been allocated.
