Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, personnel management, payroll, and learning & development.
- HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT/software sector.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Remote Work: Ability to work remotely and manage teams effectively.
