What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable, resilient backend systems (APIs, libraries, tools).
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
- Champion engineering best practices across code, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Ship customer-facing features that drive measurable value.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building scalable backend systems.
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript (Go and NestJS are a plus).
- Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience building internal tools and libraries for dev teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working closely with product, design, or operations teams
- Strong writing skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
