Accuinfra Technology is an IT Infrastructure Development company with a team over 10 years experience in the Security Systems Industry. We provide full Infrastructure Solutions between Sites using Fiber, Radio and on premise Data Centre establishment.

Account Officer

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND , OND , Others
• Experience: 2 – 5 years
• Location: Lagos
• Job Field: Finance / Accounting / Audit 
• Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
• Daily monitoring of stock movement (products)
• Ensure compliance with tax matters and liaise with tax authorities
• Prepares and update monthly payroll with the use of spreadsheets.
• Preparation and remittance of monthly PAYE and VAT to relevant tax authorities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company including daily account reconciliation, cash/treasury management, and internal/external financial reporting.
• Tally ERP Knowledge is MUST
