We are currently seeking an Accounts / Inventory Officer for our fast growing fashion house.

Keys Skills & Qualifications
- Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min. of OND/ HND /BSC in a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc), inventory management software, accounting software.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Client/Vendor management.
- Excellent numerical and logical analytic skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
