Job Summary
- We are looking to hire an Architect Administrative Assistant to combine administrative duties, like scheduling and managing documents, with architectural support tasks, such as drawings, measurements, 2D /3D designs, organizing project files, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating with clients and vendors.
- The Architect would use their creativity and problem-solving skills to design houses, office buildings and other types of infrastructure.
- Your job is to take their client’s vision and compare it with budgeting needs and environmental factors.
- You would also decide what types of materials to use in the structure based on the local environment and structural needs.
- You may be in charge of obtaining permits and licensure to use certain materials on the building site.
- Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans

- Ability to prepare 2D and 3D drawings.

Job Responsibilities
- Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working as a Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions

Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability - Technically creative and open-minded
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification with 5 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
