Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development & Operations Manager with a strong background in apparel manufacturing, sales, and customer relationship management.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a proven ability to scale businesses, establish operational structure, and drive sustainable growth in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Define and implement structured operational processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end business operations, acting as second-in-command to the CEO.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and service excellence.
  • Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute strategic action plans.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive demand.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, leadership role, business negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge within the Fashion , apparel , textile manufacturing or manufacturing industry, with a good understanding of manufacturing or production operations will be a plus. -Demonstrated experience in scaling a previously unstructured or legacy business.
  • Expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business management.
  • Operational excellence and a track record of driving results in dynamic environments.
