Summary of the job description:
1. Strategic Communications
▪️Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies to effectively communicate key messages and enhance the company’s brand reputation.
▪️Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
▪️Proactively identify opportunities to promote the company’s achievements, initiatives, and thought leadership in the industry.
▪️Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories to journalists, and managing media inquiries.
▪️Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify emerging issues and opportunities for proactive communication.
2. Event Management
▪️Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including but not limited to product launches, conferences, seminars, and networking receptions.
▪️Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
▪️Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure flawless execution and optimal attendee experience.
▪️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate event initiatives with broader marketing and communication campaigns.
▪️Evaluate event success metrics, such as attendee satisfaction, media coverage, and lead generation, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Content Creation and Distribution
▪️Create compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and corporate newsletters.
▪️Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
▪️Leverage storytelling techniques to effectively convey the company’s mission, values, and achievements to diverse audiences.
▪️Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and strengthen brand loyalty.4. Stakeholder Engagement
▪️Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, government officials, and community partners.
