• The ideal candidate is a visionary with a passion for crafting unique, high-quality video projects. Whether producing an engaging 30-minute documentary or a snappy 30-second promotional clip optimized for mobile viewers, you bring unwavering dedication and excellence to every frame. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and editing videos for diverse projects, guiding talent to capture specific actions and events with precision and flair.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in cinematography, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative video work.
• Innovative Mindset: Exceptional creativity in generating and executing original video concepts.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to partner with brokers to transform ideas into compelling, production-ready scripts.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of editing software including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut. Experience with phone and camera cinematography is essential.
• Equipment Handling: Skilled in setting up, operating, and maintaining recording equipment, including drones (a significant advantage).
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure polished, professional outcomes.
• Education: HND, BSc, or equivalent certification.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Lagos Island are strongly preferred.
