About the Role
We are seeking a Deal Matchmaking Officer to support the design and execution of high-impact investor-enterprise matchmaking initiatives.
This role focuses on research, pipeline management, and event coordination to connect businesses with local and global investors.
You will play a critical role in curating deal flows, maintaining investor databases, and providing analytical insights that improve deal conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and profile potential investors and enterprises for strategic alignment.
- Manage and update the investor-enterprise database to ensure accurate matchmaking.
- Analyse sector trends and deal flows to inform matchmaking strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing deal rooms, pitch sessions, and investor forums.Prepare investment briefs, pitch decks, and event support materials.
- Track matchmaking outcomes and generate reports for performance monitoring.
Who We’re Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, business development, or a related function.
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in impact investing, entrepreneurship, and sustainable finance.
