Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth experiments across channels (social media ads, search, SEO, referral, partnerships).
- Own the marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce and manage content (blogs, social posts, emails, short videos) aligned to brand voice.
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, ROAS) and allocate budget smartly.
- Design reactivation / retention campaigns (email, SMS, push) to reduce churn.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing/growth roles, preferably B2B or subscription business.
- Deep hands-on experience with paid media, conversion optimization, A/B testing.
- Strong content sense, able to ideate content & guide creative.
- Data literate, comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, etc.).
- Independent, resourceful; comfortable testing, failing, iterating.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
