EA to the CEO – With a Fast-Track to COO
We’re looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a high-impact, high-trust role. This is not your typical EA position, It’s a launchpad. If you’ve got the strategic mind of a future operator and the attention to detail of a world-class EA, we want to hear from you.
Within 12 months, the right candidate will transition into the Chief Operating Officer role.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the CEO’s right hand — managing schedules, priorities, and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a gatekeeper and amplifier: screen requests, manage stakeholders, and keep communication crisp
- Drive execution across the business, ensuring the CEO’s vision translates into action
- Prepare high-level briefs, reports, and presentations
- Sit in on leadership meetings and help align cross-functional teams
- Identify gaps in operations and proactively solve for them.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments (startups, consulting, VC/PE, etc.)
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, speed, and precision
- Deep understanding of business operations, strategy, and people dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hungry to learn, lead, and level up fast.
